For the client to terminate the contract, there needs to be a breach of contract from the Contractor’s side which could be based on any of the following:
- Contractor’s failure to fulfill his duties
- leave the site early without completing the agreed works
- failure to provide the conditions agreed upon
- any failure to adhere to the terms set out in the contract.
